The brick chimney in this project had significant spalling caused by water infiltration due to the lack of a proper drip edge. We removed the chimney to just below the roofline and rebuilt it using concrete chimney block. Installed a new flashing and capped the chimney off with a pre cast concrete drip edge that will last for years to come.
